About TIPCo and our role

TIPCo is a property consultancy brand that helps international buyers find, purchase, rent, relocate to and manage property in Italy. TIPCo provides information and coordination. Regulated or specialist services — such as legal conveyancing, notarial acts, surveys and tax advice — are provided by independent, appropriately qualified trusted partners, who are responsible for their own work and advice.

Information only — not advice

All content on this website is provided for general information only. Nothing on it constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice, or an offer or recommendation to enter into any transaction. You should always obtain independent professional advice before making a decision or entering into a binding agreement. Property availability, prices, and planning or regulatory status may change without notice. Any figures we provide — including renovation costs, grants, tax examples and residency guidance — are indicative only.

Property listings

Property descriptions, photographs, floor plans and measurements are supplied by owners or third parties and are believed accurate at the time of publication. They are indicative only, do not form part of any contract, and should be independently verified. TIPCo cannot guarantee their completeness or accuracy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the website, including not attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Unless otherwise stated, all content — text, branding, logos, graphics, photography and video — is owned by or licensed to TIPCo and protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only, and may not otherwise reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. The website may link to third-party sites, for which we are not responsible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on website content or from use of, or inability to use, the website. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your place of residence. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website or these terms at any time; the current version will always be available here.
