Sciacca is a lively fishing and spa town on Sicily’s south-western coast, in the province of Agrigento. Its thermal waters have drawn visitors since antiquity, and the town is celebrated across Italy for its vividly coloured ceramics and for one of Sicily’s most spectacular carnivals.
